DHL, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / First Line Manager to oversee our complex operations in a temperature-controlled, three-chamber warehouse. This is a challenging but rewarding role, perfect for someone with a strong background in warehouse management.

What You'll Do:

\n\nPerformance Monitoring: Assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance metrics in your designated area.\nTeam Leadership: Supervise and coordinate productivity by clearly communicating job expectations to your 16 direct reports, ensuring that all deadlines are met safely and efficiently while upholding our high standards of excellence.\nOrder Tracking: Utilize our digital in-house tracking software to monitor and trace orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping and optimal operational efficiency.\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve warehouse performance and productivity.\n\n

What We Need From You:

\n\nProven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a warehouse or logistics environment, particularly in temperature-controlled settings.\nStrong understanding of supply chain practices and warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.\nExperience in preparing and distributing high-volume orders effectively.\nProficient in logistics software and computer systems, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a track record of training and developing team members.\nExperence in delivering performance \nok to work 4 on 4 off \nok to work 6:00 -18:00\nWill manage upto 12-16 direct reports \n\n
