DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements in the recycling department of the warehouse .

This is a Nights shift , only apply if you are ok to work the night shift.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nTo directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area\nTo supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence\nTo track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level\nWork part of the recycling department in the ware house \nManaging a team of up- to 15 direct reports \n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nPrevious and practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is desirable \nPrevious Warehouse experence - desirable \nPrevious experience of preparation and distribution of volume orders\nComputer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages\nExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports\nFamiliar with 1-2-1, disciplinary procedures, back to work, conflict resolution \nOk to wok 4 on , 4 off shifts , 18:00 -6:00\nThe role is based in a Recycling department of the warehouse. \n\n
