DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced First Line Manager / Team Leader to play a vital role managing a small team and providing support and escalation for the customer.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nTrain, develop & support the Team with the fluidity needed for the changing needs of the Customer for Brexit / Customs documentation.\nEnsure strong and effective relationships are maintained with both customer and team.\nAchieve contractual daily, weekly & monthly KPIs.\nManage the team through succession planning, development, coaching and training.\nProvide issue resolution and act as first point of escalation for the team.\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nPrevious supervisor/management experience.\nCustomer relationship/service experience.\nExperience in Administration, preferably Customs administration.\nComputer Literacy.\nAbility to lead and motivate.\n\n
