By fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, the team strives to achieve its mission of making IBM the most productive company in the world. **Your role and responsibilities** As a First Line Leader, you will be responsible for leading the execution and operations of API Management Service and AI gateway solutions across the organization, that drive business outcomes and improve productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for API Economy and advocate for the onboarding of APIs both internal & external, mainly on IBM iPaaS platforms. Managing API Development & SREs squad is an essential part of the job focusing on delivering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud integration technologies and extensive experience in managing complex integration projects. This role will be pivotal in driving the digital transformation of our organization through seamless data and application integration. Responsibilities: * Develop the iPaaS strategy aligning with business objectives. * Lead the implementation and adoption of iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service). * A deep understanding of API technologies and their use in the software ecosystem. * Collaborate with IBM product teams to provide candid feedback * Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical considerations of API management solutions. * Collect the baseline metrics of the APIs to track the effectiveness of the APIs. * Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. * As a client 0, create demos/showcases/blogs on how we used the API Management in the IBM CIO Organization. **Required technical and professional expertise** Requirements: * Proven track record of leading successful software projects as a First Line Leader * Strong understanding of IBM iPaaS technologies and their applications in modernization/development. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies * Experience with IBM and RedHat cloud offerings **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with IBM and RedHat cloud offerings IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
