Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate areas. • Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with efficiency and attention to detail. • Provide administrative support across various departments to ensure seamless operations. • Coordinate with vendors and delivery services, ensuring proper handling and routing. • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a detail-oriented appearance. • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, events, and other company activities. • Support the team by managing routine administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. • Ensure all interactions align with the company’s mission and core values to deliver world-class service. • Handle repetitive tasks with consistency while demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
