Working remotely, using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams) along with Capita’s Assure FRA system to forecast, plan and manage an ongoing programme of FRA visitsTravelling to a wide range of Defence sites across the region (a vehicle is provided)Planning an efficient programme, taking into account workload and travel times/distancesManaging your time effectively to ensure that monthly targets for FRA delivery are met, including writing-up and issuing to the customer to required timescalesEngaging with Defence Heads of Establishment (Responsible Persons), and their teams, to plan and conduct effective visits, including face-to-face briefings on key findingsApplying fire safety legislation and guidance, along with relevant Defence and Service policy, to deliver FRAs and fire safety adviceKeeping a continuous professional development (CPD) portfolio, to maintain and develop competence and deliver a professional service to our client, customers and the Defence communityEssential – Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Recognised fire safety training and qualificationsPractical experience of FRA deliveryPossession of a Level 4 certificate in Fire Safety (such as, Skills for Justice Level 4 Certificate in Fire Safety)Competent IT userGood communicator, face-to-face and via email/report writingWell organised, able to plan and manage your own workload without close supervisionTarget driven – committed to meeting/exceeding targetsCommitment to quality – able to maintain a high standard of FRA outputDesired – Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
