Maintain firefighting equipment, systems, and tools in optimal condition and coordinate routine inspections and maintenance. Respond to fire incidents, coordinate firefighting efforts, and lead evacuation procedures as needed. Collaborate with external emergency services and agencies to ensure effective response and mutual aid in emergencies. Investigate fire incidents, prepare incident reports, and recommend preventive measures to mitigate future risks. Train and mentor fire safety team members on best practices, protocols, and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to fire safety and emergency response. Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and audits to contribute to the plant's overall safety culture. Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Science, Safety Management, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in fire safety and emergency response, preferably in a Thermal Power Generation plant or similar industry.
