Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering or closely related Field

Education

Bachelor in Engineering

Training

NFPA CFPS Certification (preferred), Registered with Saudi Engineering Council

Technical knowledge

Strong knowledge of Fire & Life Safety systems, International codes (NFPA, IBC), local regulations, FLS Audits & Inspections

Experience

10+ years in Fire & Life Safety.

Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities Primary Functions

Provide technical expertise and oversee the execution of project activities related to Fire & Life Safety and HSE functions.

Prepare the required deliverables, technical reports, client submission documents

Review submittals from sub-contractors including FLS drawings, technical specifications, Tender and other documents to ensure they meet the client requirements.

Conduct Fire & Life Safety system inspections, audits, gap analysis to verify compliance with local, international codes such as SBC & NFPA and client requirements.

Collaborate with client, sub-contractors and other project stakeholders to execute the project activities

Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of Fire & Life safety systems as per design specifications and client requirements

Provide Health and Safety Trainings to BV Clients and prepare the training modules

Perform site surveys as per project needs.
