ABOUT THE ROLE

The FinTech Platform Coordinator position will be responsible for the FinTech processing platforms.  This role will ensure accurate and timely exchange of data between the bank and the processor.  The FinTech Platform Coordinator position will maintain and foster the relationship to promote continued and new business, as well as become knowledgeable on the capabilities of their platform. Additionally, this role will be responsible for overseeing and managing issues, changes or updates with the platform.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Builds and maintains relationships with the processing platforms. Ensure all data files are accurate and received on a timely basis. Will learn the capabilities of the platform in order to assist clients in building new products. Assists in implementing new products or changes on the platforms. Manages any issues with programs on the platform. Performs testing to ensure the programs are working correctly. Performs other tasks in support of the programs, such as running reports and managing operational projects.

 

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
