FinSimple Business Development Manager
Ford Credit is actively recruiting a results-oriented and strategically-minded FinSimple Business Development Manager to join our esteemed team. This pivotal role is central to the Ford Pro FinSimple strategy, which aims to streamline and enhance the delivery of finance and insurance to our Dealer Partners and Customers. We encourage applications from accomplished professionals within the automotive sector as well as high-caliber candidates from diverse industries who possess transferable skills in strategic business development and relationship management. + Develop and execute strategies to increase leasing, insurance, and used vehicle business for Ford Credit through dealer partnerships, with a focus on individual dealer groups. + Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer groups, utilizing technology and data to enhance interpersonal skills and drive growth. + Utilize data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within dealer groups and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. + Provide training and support to dealer groups on Ford Credit products and services, with a focus on modern digital tools and platforms for customer engagement. + Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and sales to develop and implement effective dealer group programs and promotions. + Conduct regular dealer group visits to assess performance and provide feedback, utilizing data to inform decision-making. + Monitor and report on dealer group performance metrics, using data to drive growth and identify areas for improvement. + Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in dealer development, with a focus on utilizing technology and data to enhance interpersonal skills and drive growth. + Grow small fleet business within dealerships whilst promoting the commercial line of credit **Essential Requirements:** + Candidates should ideally have significant sales/operational experience, with a proven track record of business development and new business conquest gained within a sales environment as well as knowledge of handling major accounts. + An understanding of the Commercial Vehicle market in a retail and/or fleet environment + Full understanding of the Ford Credit and Ford Lease product range and the tax advantages of certain products to help dealers correctly qualify businesses customers. **Desirable but not essential:** Digital: + Proficiency in digital marketing and sales techniques + Knowledge of modern digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and data analysis + Ability to effectively use technology to manage dealer relationships and business growth + Familiarity with CRM software and other digital tools for managing dealer relationships Customer Centricity: + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with dealer groups + Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to dealergroups + Ability to listen to and understand dealer group needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs Data: + Proficiency in data analysis and ability to draw insights from data + Knowledge of key performance metrics and ability to use data to drive decision-making + Ability to effectively use data to assess dealer group performance and identify areas for improvement Innovation: + Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth + Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in dealer development and willingness to experiment with new approaches + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges with agility and innovation. + Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital tools for enhancing the dealer groupexperience. **Additional Information:** _The Company is committed to diversity and equality of opportunity for all and is opposed to any form of less favourable treatment or harassment on the grounds of race, religion or belief, sex, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment or disability_ _This position is based in Dunton and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 2 to 3 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements._ _As part of our pre-employment checks process, successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
