We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Advisory team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
FINPRO (Financial Lines & Professional Indemnity) Claims Advocate
This role is pivotal in managing complex claims within the Financial and Professional (FINPRO) practice. The successful candidate will leverage technology to enhance claims processes while providing exceptional advocacy and advisory services to our clients
We will count on you to:
Provide assistance to the Regional FINPRO Claims team, and work on ad-hoc projects relating to claims reporting, efficiencies and trends.Ensure claims turnaround times meets service standards.Formulate claims strategies with clients and coordinate all parties (insureds, insurers, client’s lawyers and the insurer’s lawyers), to satisfy policy coverage requirements and to achieve maximum settlement of claims.Review insurance policy wordings and suggest improvements where appropriate, liaising with the Marsh placement brokers.Assistance with presentations, workshops, client onboarding processes as and when necessary.What you need to have:
Bachelor of Laws/ Previous legal experience, OR someone with 2+ years of FINPRO experience (including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Medical Malpractice/ Professional Indemnity Schemes and the like).Experience with technology-driven solutions in claims management is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.The ability to build solid relationships at all levels both with internal and external stakeholders.The Ability to digest and present information in a friendly format.Good written and verbal communication skills (advantageous if in Cantonese, Mandarin and English).Customer service experience, with problem solving skills.Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).What makes you stand out:
