FinOps Manager

A Client of insight global is seeking a FinOps compliance Manager to lead and scale financial operations and compliance infrastructure in the U.S. This role is pivotal in supporting our IPO pipeline, managing clearing house relationships, and ensuring regulatory alignment with the SEC, FINRA, and Nasdaq. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese and English, commercially minded, and capable of building systems for growth. This role will sit onsite in new york city and require some international travel
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations
Oversee all financial operations related to IPO execution and syndicate management.
Liaise with upstream clearing houses and custodians to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting in line with SEC requirements.
Support deal structuring and investor onboarding processes.
Compliance Management
Act as the gatekeeper for regulatory compliance, ensuring all activities meet SEC, FINRA, and exchange standards.
Develop and enforce internal compliance policies and procedures.
Lead audits and regulatory reviews, and maintain documentation for filings.
Guide the team on compliance matters with a commercial lens.
Strategic Growth & Infrastructure
Build out operational systems to support increased deal volume (targeting 10 deals/month).
Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to align financial and compliance workflows.
Help shape the U.S. offices expansion strategy and infrastructure.
Compensation:
$100,000 to $175,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
