What you’ll do• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable, Intercompany, and Lease Management teams (11 team members) to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation processes.• Ensure timely and accurate recording of intercompany transactions, including proper documentation and eliminations in accordance with group policies.• Responsible for controlling of payment lists.• Manage lease contract tracking, compliance, and IFRS 16 related accounting entries.• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external audits related to payables, intercompany, and leases.• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and controlling teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal controls.• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) and internal financial policies.Who you are
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, intercompany accounting, and lease management processes.• Solid understanding of IFRS, especially IFRS 16.• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.Not a perfect fit?
