Job Description:

The Finishing Technician has an understanding of the requirements for finishing and painting. Failure to perform satisfactorily may result in scrap, rework, delay, dissatisfied customers and added cost to the organization. 

Responsibilities:

Finishing Technician responsibilities include:Completing finishing and paint operations successfullySurface preparation, sanding, applying fill and hand routing when needed.

Education: High School

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 6 months

Minimum of 6 months in manufacturingAuto Body experience is a plus.

Physical:

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Skills:

Preferably Auto body ExperiencePreferably Compound and Sanding (Construction)

Related Experience: Detail-oriented, production, manufacturing, finisher
