Job Description
Join our team as a Finishing Assembler in our specialized facility dedicated to rotational molding. You will play a crucial role in the finishing department, responsible for installing accessories that connect air filters and conducting visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
ResponsibilitiesCut excess pieces off the filter element using hand tools and scissors.Attach the correct parts to the housing using hand and power tools, following work instructions.Conduct final inspections to ensure correct components are installed and there are no discrepancies.Print labels, package filters in boxes, label them, and prepare for shipping.Essential SkillsProficiency with basic hand tools such as torque drivers and plastic mallets.Ability to conduct visual inspections and follow written and verbal work instructions.Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable using a propane torch.Understanding of blueprints and schematics.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is not temperature controlled, allowing employees to wear jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and shorts when hot. Working hours currently extend from 5AM-3PM, Monday to Saturday, with plans to adjust after Easter holidays. The facility spans 50,000 sq ft and requires awareness of surroundings due to fork truck activity. Attendance is crucial, with a limit of 2 points in 90 days.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.53 - $18.53/hr.
