Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Smooth, patch, and finish surfaces such as concrete, drywall, wood, or plasterApply paints, sealants, or protective coatings to surfaces as neededPerform detailed work including sanding, polishing, staining, or caulkingInspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specificationsFollow blueprints, drawings, and written instructionsOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Finisher Qualifications:
1–3+ years of experience in finishing work (e.g., concrete, drywall, painting, or general construction)Strong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to work with finishing tools and materials safelyFamiliarity with construction site safety practicesPhysically capable of standing, kneeling, lifting, and performing repetitive tasksApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
