Schedule **:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM **What You’ll Do:** + Follow blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions to meet design specs + Prepare a wide range of surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, vinyl, paper) using hand/power tools and cleaning agents + Mix and apply stains, topcoats, and sealants to achieve the perfect finish + Operate spray equipment and apply color or stain to parts and fixtures + Safely stack and unstack parts to prevent damage + Work closely with a team that values innovation, quality, and respect + Maintain compliance with all safety and workplace guidelines **What You Bring:** + Experience using spray equipment, sanding, and grinding tools + Ability to work independently and collaboratively + High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment + Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed + Ability to travel between PD locations if required + Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace **Education & Experience:** + 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent experience preferred **Ready to put your finishing touch on something great?** Apply today and take the next step in your career with PDS Tech. **Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
