Position Overview

We are seeking a Finish Carpenter to join our residential construction team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and experience in high-end residential projects. You’ll be working on custom new home builds throughout the greater Portland area, contributing to projects that homeowners will cherish for a lifetime.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality finish carpentry including trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and other interior woodwork.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Use a variety of hand and power tools with precision and care.Qualifications3+ years of experience in finish carpentry or residential construction.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques.Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.OSHA 10 certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
