Notify Claims to the insurer on behalf of the Client
Maintaining and updating the centralized inbox and tracking database regularly
Liaising with team members and US peers to ensure all aspects of Claims are addressed
Extreme focus on quality with the understanding of financial implications
Ensuring Claims operational reports are reviewed daily and followed up with Carriers
Escalate errors and breaches to the Lead
Work as per compliance requirements of the organization
Revert to emails in a professional manner
Active participation in all interactions (Team huddles, Stakeholder discussions, etc.)
Qualifications: Graduate (Any Stream)
