About the job
This position is needed to support and scale critical revenue and order-to-cash systems and related processes as a member of the Controllership organization. This position will provide functional and technical expertise in our drive towards efficiency, automation, and scale. In this role, you’ll work highly cross-functionally with Go-to-Market Business Applications (Salesforce), Product, Engineering, Analytics, Tech Services, and Accounting teams to define business requirements, lead test cycles, and drive delivery of scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Document existing and future Order-to-Cash process and data flows, exhibiting strong attention to detail. Understand, define, and document business requirements to support enhancements to Order-to-Cash systems Manage full user test cycle of developed enhancements including, but not limited to, defining test scenarios, managing completion and accuracy of testing by stakeholders, and ensuring all findings are documented and remediated Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance our Order-to-Cash systems and processes, with a specific focus on our subscription billing platform (Zuora) and related systems Build relationships and establish trust with cross-functional partners Be an owner! Own the processes you build and maintain, acting as an ultimate escalation point and seeing issues through to resolution Ensure that requests from the Sales and Finance organizations related to Order to Cash processes and systems are optimally qualified, prioritized, and executed while also maintaining appropriate documentationQualifications

*Required:
Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently in a very fast-paced, high-growth team environment Knowledge of and experience with Quote to Cash and Revenue Recognition business processes Understanding of the integration points and data flows from/to Salesforce and Zuora (or similar systems) that impact a Quote to Cash flow 8+ years of experience in designing and configuring Subscription billing and payments systems like Zuora (or other similar systems like Recurly etc.),Stripe, Adyen etc. in a SaaS environment Experience in writing detailed business requirements, testing & release plans required to develop and implement software solutions A passion and drive for improving systems & processes in a collaborative team environmentDesired:
Experience working in the SaaS/technology industry Experience with any of the following applications: Salesforce CPQ, Oracle Fusion Working knowledge on Revenue Recognition and aligned processes and systems such as RevPro, Oracle RMCS, Netsuite Revenue Recognition , or Zuora Revenue M&A integration experienceLocation
This role will be remote, and based in India.(Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi)
