Key Responsibilities:
Leads the planning, development, and implementation of financial systems in Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management and Information Technology teamsActs as system administrator for core financial platforms, ensuring accurate configuration, user access, data integrity, and compliance with internal controlsIdentifies, evaluates, and recommends system enhancements and integrations to improve efficiency and support evolving organizational needsLeads & coordinates projects related to financial system upgrades including releases & testing, data migrations, new module deployments, and process automation initiativesOversees staff training, documentation, and end-user support related to financial systemsMonitors financial system performance, troubleshoots issues, and works with vendors or Information Technology teams to resolve technical problems promptlyAnalyzes and streamlines financial data flows to support timely, accurate, and actionable reporting and analyticsSupervises and mentors a team of financial systems analystsEducation Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldRequired Qualifications:
Five years of progressive experience in financial systems management Experience with major ERP platforms and healthcare financial systemsPreferred Qualifications:
Workday experience in a healthcare settingStrong knowledge of healthcare financial operations and internal controlsExcellent project management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsLicensure/Certification Qualifications:FTE:1Possible Remote/Hybrid Option:
