**Job Summary:** We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and inquisitive Financial Systems Lead who can drive process and system improvements and contribute to our growing team’s success. This position is a hybrid between Accounting and Systems and will play a vital role in providing timely and accurate support for the Global Finance organization, with a particular focus on supporting the General Ledger team and optimizing the use of the GL module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Blackline systems.
We are seeking a proactive, self-driven, and inquisitive Financial Systems Lead to drive process and system improvements and contribute to our team's success. This hybrid role, bridging Accounting and Systems knowledge, is crucial for delivering timely and accurate support to the Global Finance organization. The focus will be on aiding the General Ledger team and maximizing the efficiency of the GL module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Blackline systems.
Key responsibilities will include performing eliminations and consolidations during close, implementing system optimization and process improvements, creating Global KPI dashboards and special projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate closely with the Global Finance and Operations team members to perform eliminations and consolidations of financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting during month-end close.
+ Provide system support and identify opportunities as an end user for process enhancements and automation within the GL module of D365, ensuring optimal utilization of these systems for financial reporting and accounting processes.
+ Manage and maintain the Chart of Accounts within D365 to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
+ Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that provide key metrics
+ Assist the Senior Manager with ad hoc projects and deliverables as needed by upper management
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in accounting and project management roles.
+ A solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (D365), particularly the General Ledger module.
+ Preferred proficiency in Power BI and other project management tools
+ Preferred proficiency in BlackLine system administration for account reconciliations and close management.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
+ Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $110,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
