Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of automated processes, including performing root cause analysis for troubleshooting issues and implementing permanent fixes where required.
- Ideate and implement data-driven business insights for effective and efficient system and automated process
- Collaborate with key stakeholders – Process team, technology partner & Product owners
- Quickly grasp new processes and ensure seamless support & execution
- Pursue continuous improvement in execution, lead intelligent automation, and monitor compliance with policies.
- Responsible for improving the control environment by ensuring satisfactory audit experience and enhancing internal controls.
- Responsible for and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), internal guidelines, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support/participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
- Ensure controls & compliance with prevailing policies & procedures such as SOX, Process Risk Self-Assessment, and support Statutory/Internal audits.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other equivalentPreferred Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in automation/system support / RPA Effective People leadership skill Functional knowledge on Finance and Finance applications/technology Strong knowledge of RPA, well-Developed Analytical Skills including financial accounting / reporting understanding. Change management exposure, including establishing new processes A fast/keen learner with the ability to learn a detailed process quickly. Ability to share technical knowledge and proactively encourage others to do the same. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
