About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Financial Systems Analyst to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This mid-level role is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing financial systems and driving process improvements in a high-growth, fast-paced logistics environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Analyze and maintain TQL’s financial systems, including ERP platforms, ensuring data accuracy and performanceManage integrations between financial and logistics systems (TMS, WMS) using tools like Dell BoomiDevelop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts using Power BI, Excel, or SQLIdentify inefficiencies and lead system enhancements to improve operational efficiencyProvide advanced technical support and training to end-usersEnsure compliance with industry regulations and internal data security standardsLead or co-lead system integration projects and collaborate with cross-functional teamsPartner with third-party vendors to resolve issues and support upgrades

 

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.2–4 years of experience in financial systems analysis or data analyticsProficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) required1+ years of experience with integration platforms (Dell Boomi) and API management preferredFamiliarity with EDI standards (e.g., X12) and logistics software (TMS, WMS) preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
