Summary: This role will collaborate closely with both the accounting and IT teams to support financial reporting and systems applications. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of financial applications, ensuring accuracy and reliability * Lead month-end processes, including system reconciliations and data validation activities * Collaborate closely with internal technology teams to address system-related matters and implement solutions * Serve as the primary liaison for finance system upgrades and enterprise software implementations, from planning through execution * Provide ongoing support for financial systems, resolving issues in coordination with IT and external technology partners * Create user documentation and deliver training to ensure consistent and effective use of financial tools * Design and maintain internal reporting tools utilizing SQL, business intelligence platforms, and other analytics technologies * Manage user access and security protocols across financial platforms * Streamline and automate existing workflows, with a focus on improving efficiency in cost tracking and reporting processes
