As a Financial Svcs Specialist here at Honeywell, you will manage and optimize financial services operations, ensure accurate transactions, compliance, and support financial close processes.
+ Process payment requests and disbursements accurately and efficiently.
+ Verify supporting documentation for out of cycle payments (OOC).
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Resolve payment discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
+ Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.
+ Assist Supervisor with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
+ Accounts payable or Treasury experience 2 years.
+ Advanced English
+ SAP experience.
+ MS Office intermediate level.
+ Familiarity with accounting principles and financial terminology.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Attention to detail in verifying transaction details.
+ Team player mentality and willingness to collaborate.
+ Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
+ Problem-solving abilities to resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
+ Adaptability to learn new processes and procedures.
