BayCare is seeking a Financial Specialist to serve as the Financial Representative for Behavioral Health entities, coordinating and improving processes for financial analysis and reporting, general and grant accounting, operating or capital budget and forecast processes, and capital asset management. This role also leads complex projects that support the organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
