What is the opportunity?
This unique position calls on your client-focused expertise and natural problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction. Specifically, you help clients with their everyday banking needs, via the telephone. As an RBC ambassador, you add value in the moments that matter most to clients and collaborate with RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals.
What will you do?
Assist clients by utilising RBC resources and materials to support advice and recommendations during client conversationsDeliver an efficient and effective client experience as outlined in the Client Experience Map and conversation guideUse effective listening and probing questions to understand and identify the root cause of the client’s concern or inquiryActively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needsApply appropriate processes & procedures to accurately respond to client and complete all client inquiriesTake ownership for resolving client problems as first point of contact or escalate to the appropriate service partner as requiredWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Bank’s minimum education requirements of 5 BGCSE subjects, of which Mathematics and English Language are compulsoryTwo (2) years’ experience in a customer service environmentExperience in call handling and problem resolutionDemonstrated ability in oral communication skillsProblem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clientsFlexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for successNice-to-have
Certificate or diploma would be an assetWorking Conditions
