We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Customer Service Representative** to join our team supporting one of our top clients. This hybrid role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office days based on team meetings (advanced notice provided). If you enjoy helping people, working independently, and being part of a supportive and fun team—this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Handle inbound calls from Sales Representatives regarding electronic credit applications, pending case statuses, and product requests + Provide timely and accurate information, ensuring a positive customer experience + Document and follow up on open cases as needed + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently **What We’re Looking For:** + **3+ years of Call Center Customer Service experience** + Financial experience + Strong **attention to detail** and accuracy in communication + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
