As a Financial Services Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll have the thrilling opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a high-caliber sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in the enterprise space. The ideal candidate will possess sales management experience that enables them to lead a team of senior enterprise sales representatives with CXO-level engagements.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive exceptional customer experience
- Drive revenue growth and market share within assigned region
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Recruit and develop enterprise sales team members
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy
- Accelerate customer adoption rates
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with partners to expand reach and drive adoption
- Manage contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
