Financial Senior Specialist, GHNW Finance, Asia
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support financial accounting, including related reporting such as regulatory and tax submission, management reporting and assistance with ad-hoc projects. **Position Responsibilities:** 1. Financial Accounting and Reporting of a UAE subsidiary + Prepare and analyse financial statements and report, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. + Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded. + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. + Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 2. Tax Submission and Compliance of a UAE subsidiary + Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings, including income tax and VAT. + Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance with local tax laws. + Liaise with tax authorities/external consultant to resolve any tax-related issues or inquiries. + Prepare and maintain documentation for tax audits and assessments. 3. Treasury Operations of a UAE subsidiary + Supervise treasury operations, including cash flow management and bank reconciliations. + Monitor and manage liquidity to ensure adequate funds for operational needs. 4. GHNW Financial Analysis and Insights + Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. + Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and improve financial performance. + Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support for various projects and initiatives. 5.
