Job Title: Group IFRS Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Group IFRS Manager to lead financial reporting in a multinational FMCG environment. This senior role requires strong IFRS expertise, consolidation skills, and the ability to advise the CFO and Board on complex accounting matters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain and enforce Group accounting policies. Advise on complex transactions (M&A, revenue, instruments, leases, impairments). Manage external audits and ensure timely, high-quality reporting. Strengthen internal controls and drive reporting process improvements (SAP HANA). Act as IFRS subject-matter expert, training and supporting finance teams globally.Must-Have Requirements
Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent. 7–10 years of professional experience, including Big 4 audit background (Manager/Senior Manager level). Proven expertise in IFRS and group consolidations. Strong exposure to multinational operations, preferably FMCG or manufacturing. Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CFOs, Boards, and auditors. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
