Titan Machinery is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Shared Resource Center (SRC) team. This role is critical to preparing internal financial reports and supporting our SEC reporting obligations, with direct impact on both internal operations and external compliance. You’ll collaborate across departments, ensuring accuracy and insight in all areas of financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities Internal Financial ReportingBuild and validate reports using Oracle Hyperion Financial ReportsProcess and distribute monthly internal financial statementsResearch financial inquiries and provide timely, data-supported analysisExternal Financial ReportingSupport the preparation of Form 10-Q and 10-K financial statements and footnotesAssist with internal analyses for SEC filings and investor presentationsAccounting & AnalysisReconcile and account for various transactions and balances, including:Consolidating entries, foreign currency translation, leases/real estate, long-term debt, deferred revenueConduct research to determine proper accounting treatment and make journal entries as neededCommunicate with store or SRC personnel to ensure clarity and improve processesOther Key ResponsibilitiesSupport preparation of annual 401(k) financial statements and auditEnsure compliance with all safety policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesAbility to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employeesAbility to travel on a limited basis and work flexible hoursExemplifies Titan Machinery’s Core ValuesKeen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independentlyEffective time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skillsAbility to work with diverse people/personalitiesDemonstrated strong decision making and problem-solving skills Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflictAbility to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
Preferred:
2+ years’ financial analysis experience and/or related military experience
