THE ROLE:

We are seeking an Analyst in our Corporate Accounting department to work within a team over external financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to pay attention to detail-oriented tasks to ensure financial reporting integrity. This role will also collaborate closely with worldwide divisions within accounting, finance, IT, and operations.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Assist with the preparation of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K and other SEC filings utilizing Workiva Wdesk

Assist with the preparation of schedules to support financial statements, footnotes and other disclosures in SEC filings

Maintain Workiva Wdesk earnings release tables for Investor Relations

Tag XBRL concepts for SEC filings in Workiva Wdesk

Assist with the preparation of Section 16 filings for board members and executive officers

Assist with the preparation of SEC regulations 3-09 and 3-05 analysis

Assist with research related to SEC rules and regulations

Coordinate and test the annual contractual commitments and related parties activity with worldwide divisions

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual U.S. government filings to U.S. Census Bureau and Bureau of Labor Statistics

Work with internal and external auditors to provide requested supporting documentation and respond to inquiries

Coordinate cross functional collaboration across various divisions throughout Live Nation to ensure complete and accurate disclosures

Execute effective internal control procedures and maintain compliance with SOX requirements

Assist with special projects as needed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Actively seeking CPA certification desired

1-2 years of accounting experience preferred, will consider new graduates

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Experience with Workiva Wdesk and XBRL tagging a plus

Knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting and/or SEC rules and regulations a plus

Detail-oriented, organized and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills
