How you make a difference

The Financial Reporting Analyst prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as ad hoc and management reports. They analyze variances and financial trends to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. This role maintains and enhances financial models, scenario analyses, and documentation for reporting workflows. The analyst collaborates with teams to build tools and processes that optimize reporting and insights. Additional responsibilities include supporting external reporting processes and fulfilling ad hoc requests.



Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports

Develop and maintain financial models and key performance dashboards

Identify and explain performance variances and trends

Collaborate with teams to enhance reporting toolsets and documentation

Support external and internal reporting processes and strategic initiatives



Qualifications & Requirements

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university

EXPERIENCE

2+ years of hands-on experience in a corporate finance setting

Demonstrated high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial reporting and executive presentations

Basic SQL knowledge to support data extraction and transformations, is a plus

Experience with scripting or tools like Python or Alteryx for additional data manipulation, is a plus
