Charles Schwab Enterprise Communications of Regulatory Experiences (ENCORE) team supports the management and delivery of Forms and Automated Communications. The group supports a large portion of Schwab’s business enterprises and works with a wide range of internal stakeholders including technology, operations, and strategy. 

  

As a Senior Specialist within the Encore group, you will:

 

Facilitate the intake, prioritization & quarterly socialization of requests. Maintain and refine the opportunity backlog to hand-off to product owner and scrum teams for PI Planning, aligning with capacity planning. Conduct comprehensive impact assessments to analyze changes, timelines, strategy and value. Enhance the governance model by identifying opportunities to refine process, focusing on efficiency, value and decision-making. Coordinate meetings/calls with business partners and summarize takeaways. Participate in strategic planning discussions with technical, business, and operational stakeholders. Collaborate & build relationships with cross-functional teams including Schwab’s business enterprises, technology, operations, and strategy. Provide continuous transparency and enforce Encore process & procedures. Ability to remove blockers and escalate to leadership when needed to ensure deadlines are met. Define metrics and reporting to provide to leadership on an on-going basis to drive strategic alignment and decisions. Integrate risk management principles into everyday decision-making and facilitate annual attestation of content owners.   What you have

Required Qualifications:  

3-5 years of relevant work experience, including background in product management and financial services.  Effective relationship builder with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

Demonstrates excellent organization and time management skills. Highly motivated and results driven. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and execute to meet strategic objectives.  Excellen written and verbal communication skills, including being able to synthesize data, develop recommendations, and influence and persuade partners. Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.  

 

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
