Job Summary

Responsible for creating visually compelling presentations that translate complex financial data into clear, engaging formats to support strategic decision-making, executive communications, and board-level reporting. This role requires expertise in graphic design, data visualization, and storytelling, along with the ability to manage high-impact projects independently and deliver polished, high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Job Description

What You'll Do:
•    Design and format sophisticated presentations, reports, and visual materials for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.
•    Collaborate with finance, communications, and executive teams to translate complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives.
•    Create advanced charts, graphs, and infographics using Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
•    Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual consistency and professionalism.
•    Lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
•    Provide strategic input and creative direction to enhance visual storytelling and data clarity.
•    Support presentation development for senior executive meetings, investor relations, and other high-visibility engagements.
•    Mentor junior team members or provide guidance on design best practices as needed.

What We're Looking For:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
•    5+ years of relevant experience.
•    Portfolio showcasing advanced presentation and data visualization work.
•    Experience supporting C-suite or senior teams with presentation materials.

Other Must Haves:
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, presentation designer, or similar role.
•    Experience in financial services, pharmaceutical, legal, consulting, or other professional services industries.
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
•    Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
•    Experience designing on a PC platform.
•    Familiarity with Macabacus, Think-Cell, and/or UpSlide is a strong plus.
•    Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$85,081.00-106,352.50 USD
