We are currently seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. This professional will be responsible for generating and maintaining revenue-related information for the NIBU (Nissan Importers Business Unit), providing financial analysis and proposals that support decision-making from a strategic and financial perspective.

Additionally, they will lead key projects aimed at optimizing processes within the department.

A Day in the Life of This Role:

Consolidate and maintain updated databases with key financial and commercial indicators (sales, pricing, margins, costs, marketing, etc.).

Process and analyze data to produce reports and dashboards with relevant insights for financial and commercial leadership.

Automate processes using tools such as advanced Excel, macros, and programming (preferably Visual Basic and SQL).

Support the definition and tracking of the annual budget, forecasts, and financial scenarios.

Participate in pricing validations for specific sales events and perform profitability analysis by model.

Collaborate closely with pricing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure financially sound business decisions.

Identify improvement opportunities through variance analysis versus business plans (e.g., revenue deviations, margin fluctuations).

Who We’re Looking For:

A professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning, FP&A, profitability analysis, or similar roles.

Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros).

Advanced English language skills

Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools).

Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and results-oriented mindset.

Desired:

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL / Visual Basic.
