What you'll be doing
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team , you’ll partner with Financial Planning Consultants to help high value clients secure their futures and build their businesses through financial planning. As a Financial Planning Associate, you will provide administrative support to growth opportunities. You’ll build strong working relationships and have a meaningful impact on clients and their financial success.

How you'll succeed
Client Engagement – Prioritize the experience of each client and establish a personal connection so that every interaction is meaningful. Anticipate client needs and communicate quickly with your team to build trust and deepen customer relationships. Find activities, processes and opportunities to improve the client experience.Organizational Skills – Prepare client files, maintaining schedules, ensure compliance. Enable team success by improving team productivity and proactively uncovering business opportunities.Business Development – Proactively identify business opportunities for your team. Work closely with Financial Planning Consultants to support business development activities and assist in the building of investment plans.Relationship Building - Heighten CIBC brand awareness in your community by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities.
