Join our team and start your journey today! **Financial Planning and Analysis Manager** **Job Responsibilities:** **Prepare and manage company Budget, Forecast, Asset metrics and other Ad/hoc analysis.** **Foresee company data and market trends to make financial predictions and maximize profits.** **Participation in month end close and monitor accounts.** **Providing alternative ideas and actions to improve the everyday procedures of the administrative and financial department, identification of weaknesses of control and compliance.** **Identifies areas of improvement and drives standardization.** **Additional ad-hoc functions and analysis as directed by Regional CFO.** **Basic Qualifications:** **Demonstrated strategic planning experience at a management level** **4 to 8 years’ experience – Managing Budgets and Forecasting** **Experience in providing data analysis and producing reports** **Graduate in Accounting / Business Administration** **Strong communication and presentation skills** **Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish** **Proficient Microsoft Office Package** **Oracle and HFM knowledge – Required** **Preferred Qualifications:** **Demonstrated track record of high achievement in professional and/or academic setting.** **Good interpersonal and organizational skills.** **Relates well to others, with the ability to manage diverse relationships.** **Be open and receptive, as well as demonstrate flexibility.** **Show strong proficiency in solving problems analytically.** **Show strong attention to detail and accuracy.** **Patience, perseverance and able to spend extra time at closing week.** **Preferred Competences:** **Ensures Accountability** **Balances Stakeholders** **Drives Results** **Financial Acumen** **Optimizes Work Processes** **Communicates effectively** **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
