About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial visibility, optimizing distributor profitability, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring strong financial governance through regular reporting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with the sales and commercial teams, acting as a key business partner to help guide critical decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate Channel Profitability processesBe responsible for yearly budget planning and forecasting, Global Limit and contract-related updates for Key AccountsHandle and supervise Cash Action Plans and overdue receivables, ensuring strong working capital fieldDevelop dynamic forecasting models to predict future financial outcomes based on various scenarios.Conduct monthly reviews of discount processes, ROI tracking, and distributor benchmarksEvaluate and approve payment term extensions and term requestsHandle collateral/guarantee limit increases on a quarterly basisTrack and analyze ad hoc requests from the sales team with agility and accuracyCoordinate distributor transitions, including financial implications and onboardingSupport strategic profitability analyses by channel and customerDrive financial clarity and insights to support commercial growthQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (MBA is a plus)Confirmed ability in FP&A or commercial finance rolesStrong analytical, financial modeling and business partnering skillsExcellent Excel and data visualization skillsProficiency in English; strong communication and collaborator leadership skillsExperience in FMCG or distribution-based business models is preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative and agile environmentFeel encouraged?
