Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst
Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team in Solano County, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in evaluating business performance, developing financial models, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Your expertise will drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure the organization’s financial health and growth. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analyses to assess company performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes. • Utilize Adaptive Insights and other tools to create accurate and insightful financial reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational strategies. • Lead corporate financial planning efforts, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives. • Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data and market trends. • Manage and optimize reporting processes within NetSuite to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Support executive leadership by delivering clear and concise financial presentations. • Partner with departments across the organization to drive cost management and performance optimization. • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to ensure adherence to company targets Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar roles. • Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. • Proficiency in Adaptive Insights and NetSuite platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Excellent communication skills to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and build effective partnerships. • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial planning processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
