Financial Planning and Analysis Advisor

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To partner with and support the leadership teams to achieve financial objectives; to support corporate departments or more broadly in revenue forecasting and/or consolidation of results as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

Partners with Corporate or Operations business teams to set a baseline forecast or target for assigned area(s) for revenue or expenses as assigned.Coordinates with Accounting and Budget counterparts to provide insights into future results.Serves as key strategic finance partner to the business unit.Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures, and other related areas.Maintains and coordinates group completion of financial reviews for budget preparation and periodic reporting for assigned business units or areas.Assists with ad hoc analysis and communicates results and recommendations to senior management.Maintains various systems and updates as appropriate; may involve new and lost business adjustments for revenue and related costs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Advanced degree preferred. CPA preferred. Eight (8) years of financial or accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Financial planning and analysis experience preferred.
