Job Summary

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate on the Global Investment Banking team, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic planning. This role offers exposure to high-impact projects, opportunities to collaborate with senior stakeholders, and the chance to influence key business decisions through financial and business insights. You will work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing financial budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business objectives and market conditionsSupport business heads in conducting strategic business reviews by providing financial insights and recommendationsPrepare earnings materials for the Chief Financial Officer, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial reportingConduct competitive benchmarking analysis against peers in the investment banking industry to inform strategic decision-makingPartner with the business management team to manage headcount and drive expense-saving initiativesDevelop and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior management and external stakeholdersServe as a key representative for the Investment Bank in calls with senior management, including the CFO, Business Heads, and FP&A leadsExhibit strong public speaking qualities to effectively communicate financial insights and strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives Analyze data and develop innovative, solution-focused ideas to address business challengesEnsure accuracy and quality in financial analysis and reporting

Experience partnering with multiple senior stakeholdersDegree qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, or related areaPrevious experience in a finance or planning role in banking or financial servicesExperience in analytical reviews and presentation of business performance
