Key Responsibilities
Internal Operational activities:
Support Ameriprise Advisor Center financial advisors based to create comprehensive and compliant financial plans for their clients, at individual/household levelData inputs in financial planning tools such as MoneyGuide, based on careful examination of clients’ financial documents and advisor inputsGenerate reports through approved planning toolsUpskilling oneself with financial planning concepts to help discuss/prepare plan strategies/ suggestions with advisors via phone or e-mailBased on client’s financial situation, document advice in the required format shared by the advisorsPerform activities involved in preparing detailed financial plans within the defined turnaround time and quality metricsAble to manage advisor relationships and discuss plan strategies either on Teams or via emailClient outreach functions:
Assist clients in data gathering for FP through emailsRequired Qualifications
Graduate/ Post-Graduate in finance disciplineGood communication skills - Proven written and oral communication skills with client service orientationMust have an eye to detail with high accuracy levelsAbility to meet strict timelines per the agreed SLAs for advisor practiceStrong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team structureWillingness to go for licensing certifications as and when needed in futureWilling to work evening hours: preferred shift 6:30 pm to 3:00 am ISTPreferred Qualifications
Prior experience in customer-based interactions roles both written and verbal will be an added advantageExperience of interacting with financial advisors will be preferredExposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, etc. would be an added advantageAbout Our Company
