Job Description Summary:

Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. The position is responsible for coordinating the financial planning process across the business unit, including financial close, forecasting and business planning activities; supporting financials global consolidation. As well as interacting with regional BU finance, regional non-finance function and global finance organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with regions to get EDS monthly actual/forecast and prepare consolidated EDSProvide meaningful variance analysisWork with the regions as well as VP of functional areas for EDS to ensure forecasts and budgets are prepared and tie out and that costs are understoodEnsure all corporate and divisional allocations through EDS are understood, correct, documented, communicated and actionedHighlight and discuss the main drivers of various performance variancesAdhoc analysis as required by FP&A teamSupport in the wider preparation of close, MBR/QBR and budget work in the Global FP&A Team

Basic Skills/Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accounting2+ years’ experience in finance2+ years’ experience of financial analysisStrong planning and time management abilitiesAnalytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Sound communication skills: written and verbal along with individual, team and group environmentsMicrosoft Excel (Advanced)Knowledge of SAP ERP systemEnglish (Proficient)

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment: problem solving/decision makingSound communication skills: written and verbal along with individual, team and group environmentsPrior operations/plant finance experienceManufacturing/Automotive sector experience
