**Position summary:** Provide strong financial analysis support to business team to support fast business growth **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** _(Detailed Description)_ + Provide analytical support on behalf of FP&A team to Business Team on price setting, margin analysis and projects tracking + Prepare monthly financial package regarding KPI measurement to Business Unit leader + Lead monthly projection and annual budgeting preparation and submission + Supporting Business Unit leader in monitoring Orders / Sales performance and expenses. This includes, but not limited to, participating in weekly BU meeting; monitoring actual vs. budget for Business Unit controllable and Marketing Expenses; analyzing investments related to Samples/ Instrumentation + Prepare Sales Representatives and Sales Managers’ Promotion Analysis + Build communication and information flow between Business team and Finance + Other ad hoc task (e.g. dealer review, IMS audit) **Education & Experience** **:** + Degree holder in Finance or Accounting. + Qualified CPA or equivalent. + Demonstrable Accounting and Analytical experience over a course of 8 years with clear progression in terms of responsibilities and scope of roles, particularly management accounting skills. + US GAAP, SOX 404 experience preferred. + Strong skills in MS Office suite of products and knowledgeable in major accounting/financial applications and systems (such as HFM, JDE or other ERP system). **Physical & Mental Requirements:** + Ability to work in a diverse environment + High sensitivity to numbers. + Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin. + Demonstrate self-discipline, hands-on ability to implement swiftly and effectively by taking ownership and accepting responsibility. + Resourceful self-starter, who does not require close supervision to meet tight deadlines. + High ethical standards and integrity.
