Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As a key technical expert, the person in this position leads financial planning and analysis activities and special projects. The lead also interfaces with top management, responding to their requests for financial data and to resolve reporting and compliance issues.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.Identify trends and developments in the competitive business environment and present findings to senior management.Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.Conduct or participate in the most complex financial analysis projects. QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and Access skills. Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion). Advanced aptitude in problem solving. Strong leadership skills and initiative. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.#LI-JC1
BenefitsWHAT WE OFFER:
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role in the market is between $101,600 and $ 130,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography and market, as well as the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus of 2% in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
