Join Us as Senior Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Os, Østerdalen, Norway
Work Arrangement: Based in Os with part-time remote work and flexible hours

Are you ready to play a key role in driving financial performance at our Animal Health Manufacturing site? As a Senior Specialist in Financial Planning and Analysis, you will partner closely with site leadership to deliver clear financial insights, forecasts, and reports that support smart business decisions. You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team focused on continuous improvement and sharing best practices across our Technology Solutions business.

What You’ll Do

Provide regular financial updates and analysis to site leadership, helping them understand and act on resultsPrepare and analyze monthly operating results, budgets, and forecasts, including capital and profit & lossIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and support cost-saving initiativesParticipate in factory management meetings as a trusted finance advisorCollaborate across teams to track key performance indicators and deepen business understandingSupport regional financial planning efforts and contribute to standard costing reviewsAssist site leadership with business case evaluations for new projectsManage working capital elements like fixed assets and inventoryEnsure compliance with internal controls and support integration into global finance systemsTemporarily support statutory accounting and monthly closing processes during system integration

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related fieldStrong independent worker with excellent time management and prioritization skillsDetail-oriented and able to deliver accurate work under pressure and tight deadlinesAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential, experience with SAP is an advantageSolid knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and forecastingAnalytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
