Purpose of the Role: As an FP&A Senior Specialist, you'll play a key role in enabling smart business decisions by providing financial insights, supporting planning cycles, and driving performance improvement for the HVAC and WRAC business units. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data translates into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the HVAC and WRAC segments Conduct monthly performance analysis and variance reporting Monitor OPEX lines and support cost management initiatives Prepare financial decks and dashboards (e.g., Ops Deck, Net Sales, Segment P&L, AGM Report) Partner with Pricing and Marketing teams for business case validation and governance Support process improvement initiatives and finance system upgrades Deliver business insights that support strategic decisions
